Hi, I’m Robert Mills, a content and communications strategist based in the UK.
I’ve worked in content across my career, with a focus on digital since 2008. The golden threads through all my roles have been clear writing and understanding audiences.
Rob has been fundamental to developing new approaches and practices for bilingual design across Wales. He has been a big part of work across Wales to improve user experiences for people who access services in Welsh or English.
He always champions users and the user needs. He expertly balances the needs of the users with business requirements and project constraints, ensuring that we consistently deliver value.
